Kevin Murphy, City of Norfolk, Planning Commission

Beth's contributions to our cause cannot be overstated.  She truly helped us accomplish more in a few months than we would have accomplished without her help in a few years.  The experience and passion she brought to the foundation was invaluable in bringing our board together at a time when we lacked traction.  She is missed, but we’re stronger because of her.

Mark Olinger,
Director Planning and Community Development

Beth has left her imprint on Richmond's Riverfront.  In addition to overseeing completion of the Virginia Capital Trail, she put together a partnership of funders and was able to renovate a neglected park into a marquee trailhead for the Virginia Capital Trail.  She stays focused on the desired outcome and knows how to get things done.
